I had a fantastic stay at Vincent Lodge, 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment Holiday Let. The personal touch from the host made me feel right at home. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The continental breakfast provided was generous and delicious. It was also convenient to have access to a fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee. I really appreciated the extra touches like having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The location was quiet and easy to walk to the seafront. I had a wonderful and welcoming experience and would highly recommend this holiday let.

The value for money at this place was incredible, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with some additional hot items.

loved the homey vibe, comfy rooms, and great breakfast! Charli's hospitality made us feel like family. A wonderful stay in a convenient and quiet location. Vincent Lodge was even better than our previous visit to Selsey.

Excellent stay. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, fitting around our needs and requests. We enjoyed a warm and hospitable atmosphere, which made us feel right at home.- The location of the B&B was key for us, as it offered easy access to cycling routes and beautiful natural sites.- Off-road parking and the ability to bring our bikes around the back of the house were huge advantages.- We loved the large and tasty breakfasts that fueled us up for active days.

We experienced some noise overspill from different parts of the house, including early morning stomping overhead and raised voices before 7.45am. As we had a ground floor room, this noise disrupted our sleep and led to a less than ideal Sunday morning start.

The warm welcome from the owner and her children added a lovely family atmosphere to our stay. The continental breakfast was enjoyable and they even had different types of bread to accommodate dietary preferences. The location was great, just a short 5-minute walk to the sea. The rooms were lovely and I liked how the guest rooms were next to the dining area, creating a self-contained guest area. Plus, the breakfast was beautifully set out and the fry-up was cooked to perfection.

The wifi was not great during our stay, although I heard they are planning to upgrade the system soon. , the information folder in the room could use some improvement.
